It is a new type of high-performance automatic cleaning equipment.The equipment is rinsed with water-based liquid detergent and DI water. The mechanism adopts high-precision linear guide rail, sliding block and ball screw rod, and is driven by a stepping motor to move left and right, ensuring accurate reset every time and long service life. The operating spray bar moves to and fro from left to right for spraying, and local areas can be selected for targeted spraying.

High pressure spray system specially used for water-based cleaning fluid to clean screen board, misprint board, PCB/PCBA and other processes.
Double liquid tanks are equipped with heating system to meet the requirements of cleaning, rinsing and hot air drying.
Process flow: cleaning - chemical isolation - rinsing (open-loop/closed-loop) - drying.
Equipped with advanced full-automatic touch screen operation software, program files are saved, used and simplified.
The system counting function can automatically accumulate the number of cleaning screen boards and the number of cycle filtering.
The liquid and pump pressure can be displayed through the panel pressure gauge, and the equipment operation status can be fed back in time.
The spray pressure is monitored by a pressure sensor. If the pressure range is set, an alarm will be given.
