Scraper Cleaning Machine

4. The machine is suitable for scraper cleaning with water-based cleaning agent, rinsing DI water, and circulating flltration;

5. The whole machine was built with 304 stainless steel, which is anti-acid and alkali corrosion. This item is ruaged and durable with 10-vear desianed service life;

6. Automatic fill up and drainage function;

7. Parameters can be edited and set with PLC Program control, for example: solution temperature, cleaning time, rinsing times/time,rinsing temperature, drying time, drying temperature and so on;

8. PP-S pipeline material is hot-melt welded, which can withstand strong acids and alkalis, ensure that there is no leakage for long-term use and simple maintenance;

9. Equipped with a bag filter, the solder paste can be recycled;
